The first modelled as a triple-turreted cottage applied with large flowers and foliage, windows and doors enriched in gilding (restoration to flowers and minor chipping); the second as a gabled house with bow windows, pitched roofs and with two chimneys, applied with flowers, foliage and coloured extruded clay (chimneys restored)
