The globular body rising to a tall cylindrical neck, with a raised bow-string at the mid-section, terminating with a wide compressed globular mouth, covered overall in a characteristic glaze of rich cherry-red tone suffused with lavender and blue striations, the glaze thinning to a cream tone below the mouth rim
