A BLUE-GLAZED CONG-SHAPED VASE
QIANLONG SIX-CHARACTER SEALMARK AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)

Modelled after the archaic form, strongly potted in characteristic square section raised on a circular ring foot and surmounted by a short circular neck, applied with a pair of elephant-head ring handles integral with the body and applied overall with a rich purplish-blue glaze thinning to a pale grey on the extremities (chip to foot repaired)
