Level: top shoulder; capsule cut to reveal vintage branded cork
From magnum: What fabulous color! There is a touch of heat on the nose but quickly overtaken by rich, powerful, ripe aromas. Fat texture, with the structure of a brick wall. Very masculine especially when compared to a similarly sized '55; but not as monolithic as the '45 also in the same flight. Surprisingly with aeration vanilla like aromas. Perhaps a bit greedy to say but this was my absolute favorite of the flight. It is the complete package, the reason we love wine: aromatics, texture, viscosity and length of finish all in harmony."
