FANTASTIC SELECTIONS FROM TWO OVERFLOWING CELLARS COMBINED AS A SINGLE OFFERING
Property of a Mid-Western Gourmande & Fine Wine Connoisseur

Recently removed from two overflowing underground cellars maintaining ideal temperature and humidity for fine wine storage.

The following tells the story of dedication and knowledge of fine wine encompassing over 30 years of pure enjoyment and the passionate collecting habits of our consignor. Wine has been a part of his life since leaving Europe to create a new life in America. His other passion in life, besides his lovely and charming wife, is his connoisseurship of fine cuisine.

Upon my survey, his two cellars comprise over 10,000 bottles. A conservative estimate I might add. The breadth of the cellar covered all major growing regions with a particular focus on North Coast, California producers, both current and vintage.

The following lots represent over two cellar packing days of selecting and creating a mature consignment that would reflect his vinuous history. Of particular note are the comprehensive offerings of Beaulieu Vineyard Georges Latour, Private Reserve and a fourteen year vertical of one of Napa's finest estates, Opus One.

NOTE: Many labels are soiled or damp soiled to some degree as can be found in humid, underdground storage conditions. Such instances are noted per lot as required. Levels for the older California selections are above average of those found in their native state.

Several selections from these cellars will be on hand for your review at the April 23 pre-sale tasting.
