Lot Essay

The BBC's programme It's The Beatles was filmed during the afternoon concert at the Empire Theatre, Liverpool in front of an audience of 2,500 members of the Northern Area Fan Club. The same audience witnessed the BBC filming the special edition of Juke Box Jury earlier in the afternoon featuring The Beatles as the panelists.
