Cal. 27SC, with nickel-finished lever movement stamped twice with the Geneva seal, 18 jewels, Glucydur balance, metal dust cover, the silvered matt dial with applied square and dagger numerals, silvered dauphine hands, sweep centre seconds, in circular water-resistant-type case with screw back, downturned lugs, together with a stainless steel link bracelet stamped GF, case, dial and movement signed

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1956 and its subsequent sale on 13 March 1957.

Reference 2508 was launched in 1951. To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never been offered in public before. It is delivered with a stainless steel bracelet stamped GF for Gay Frères. For a note on Gay Frères see lot 224 in this sale.
