The rarity of this watch is its unusual large size, in fact it is the largest cushion-shaped wristwatch by Patek Philippe known to this day. It exceeds the width of the average gentleman's size cushion-shaped Patek Philippe wristwatch featuring a 12 lignes movement (see lot 200) by 3 mm. and the overall length, e.g. including lugs, by 4 mm.
