With nickel-finished lever movement, 17 jewels, the jumping Arabic hours and minutes visible through two apertures in the front, the rectangular case with back secured by four screws and four screws in the sides, faceted ruby-set crown, straight massive lugs, together with an 18K white gold Cartier deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed

The present watch is number 133 of a limited edition of 150 examples made in platinum only to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Cartier in 1997. It is also a re-edition of the historical Tank à Guichet model launched in the late 1920s.
