CIRCA 1880, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK, INCISED NUMERALS
Modelled as a seated gentleman with an attendant holding a shade, the inkpot, cover and sander modelled as two kneeling children, on a common rococo scroll-moulded base painted with flowers (some areas of restoration and some elements missing)
