TWO PEWTER-MOUNTED FRENCH FAIENCE PEAR-SHAPED JUGS AND COVERS

Each of baluster form with pewter-hinged cover, one with scroll handle and bearded mask spout, the cover fluted as a shell, the body similarly fluted above a wide band of gadroons; the other with flat cover moulded with a flower spray centering radiating gardoons within a wreath of flowering branches, the body with similar branches above a band of gadroons
7¼ in. (18.4 cm.) and 9 in. (22.8 cm.) high (2)
