the first incised with a swag of arms surrounding a ?figurehead of a classical warrior with banner inscribed THE BARK LEONIDAS OF BEDFORD and initials H.C.L., the reverse with a full-length portrait entitled Capt. Jeremiah Kay; the second with full-length portrait entitled Elizabeth Kay, the reverse with whaling scene and initials 'H.C.L.', each (some flaking around tips) -- 11½in. (29cm.) long
