The leather jingasa of boat shaped Shingen style, divided into six sections by thin bands of lacquer, the surface is decorated with a design in engraved lacquer, to the top a false tehen kanamono, to the rear an agemaki bow and on the front a gold lacquered mon [crest], slight crack
