Unsigned (Kyoto School), Edo Period (18th Century)
Katabori, stained ivory, a good rounded model of a grazing horse, the mane and tail incised and stained, the eyes inlaid in dark horn, the himotoshi formed by a larger and smaller hole side by side in the back, age cracks
2in. (5.3cm.) high
