The field with a dense lattice comprising large cusped roundels with alternately coloured petal-shaped panels centred by a flowering rose divided by smaller similar roundels, in a broad linked cartouche border of alternating colours each centred by a flowering rose and delicate flowering vine, possibly missing outer stripe, frayed on all four sides, heavily corroded black, a couple of stains, scattered areas of repiling
