With deep rounded sides rising from a slightly tapering high foot to a flaring rim, covered in a yellow glaze of pale mustard tone

Krahl in Chinese Ceramics from the Meiyintang Collection, vol 2, no. 701 (one illustrated); the one from the Franks collection in the British Museum, London, illustrated in Oriental Ceramics, The World's Great Collections, vol. 5, Tokyo, New York and San Francisco, 1981, no. 199; and another, published in Chinese Ceramics in the Idemitsu Collection , Tokyo, 1987, no. 699.
