MARILYN MONROE ROBE
A basic pink terrycloth robe with a small squared collar worn by MM while she was in make-up and off-set during the production of "The Prince and the Showgirl" in 1957.
Provenance
MM gifted this robe to Harry Jordan who was a dresser on the set of "The Prince and the Showgirl" (as well as being Sir Laurence Olivier's regular dresser) as a 'thank you' for making her breakfast of scrambled eggs on several occasions during filming; Jordan's family has now consigned it here.
