Lot Essay

According to Roger Waters' Guitar Technician, this guitar was purchased for Waters for use with Pink Floyd in 1978, and later used by him during his first solo tour The Pros And Cons Of HitchHiking, 1984. The accompanying photograph shows Eric Clapton on stage with Roger Waters during this tour in June/July, 1984 - Clapton joined the tour for 20 dates in Europe and the U.S.
