A SIOUX BEADED HIDE BLANKET STRIP
constructed from two panels of navy blue saved list cloth, edged along the top and bottom with yellow wool, overlaid with a beaded hide blanket strip, lane-stitched in blue, yellow, translucent green and two shades of red beads against a light blue beaded ground, the four roundels with classic design and alternating with eight-pointed stars enclosing concentric squares, trimmed with silk ribbon tassels and hawk bells
