A Derby figure of 'Falstaff'

The large man typically modelled standing, his clothing coloured in pale yellows and pinks, in feathered hat, ruff, waistcoat, his belted jacket with a bill of fare hanging from the pocket inscribed 'Sack Capon Sauce Bread ' etc., breeches and boots, a round studded shield in his left hand, a sword hilt in his right, the scroll-moulded base enriched with gilding applied with flowers and foliage (minor damages)
