A George III Silver Coffee Pot
Maker's mark rubbed, possibly S.I or S.L rosette above, London, 1766
The pear shaped pot supported on a conforming foot with a gadrooned rim, with a carved wood handle, the hinged cover with a scroll decorated baluster finial, engraved with a coat-of-arms - 11½in. (29.2cm.) high, 28oz. gross.
