Stamped FALKIRK, PL 261A, No 6, No 5 & 29 under the trip tray and with diamond design registration mark to the back

Lot Essay

This is a variation of the original design, number 261449, which was registered and patented by the Falkirk Iron Works, Falkirk at the Public Records Office on 25th March 1872, and was no 5, Plate 261A in their castings catalogue.
