comprising: an ironstone baluster jug, possibly Ridgways's, printed and painted with the coat-of-arms of Plymouth, a similar design to the reverse, below scrolls and flowers decorated in the Imari palette, printed mark -- 7 1/8in. (18.1cm.) high; a silver luster jug printed with portraits of Sir FRANCIS BURDETI Bart. M. P., inscribed; a jug printed in puce with portraits of Victoria and the Duchess of Kent flanking a crown inscribed VICTORIA REGINA; a jug commemorating Victoria's jubilee; another printed in sepia with portraits of Cecil Rhodes and Dr. Jameson; a Doulton stoneware barrel shaped jug printed with a portrait of Gladstone; and a porcelain jug painted with agricultural devices, a cartouche to the reverse, inscribed JH 1817, (some damages)
