including thirty-four Chinese chess pieces, some stained red, two cylindrical containers, four small Japanese ivory figural carvings, a small box and mask cover, a small monkey carving, a small box and cover carved with a european figure and a carving of a snake -- 3 1/8in. (8cm.) max. high; and a Japanese bronze model of an elephant with ivory inset tusks, signed -- 8¼in. (21cm.) long.
