A tapering ovoid Satsuma vase, Meiji period
with twin lion mask handles, painted and gilt with a multitude of butterflies on a speckled gound -- 4¼in. (10.8cm.) high; and a square section Satsuma jar raised on four short feet with lion mask handles, decorated with panels of birds in flight before trees and lanscape scenes -- 2 7/8in. (7.3cm.) high, both signed Kinkozan. (2)
