Each openwork cylinder decorated with narrow bands of foliate scroll and openwork lotus scroll panels raised on a lotus-scroll-decorated support rising from a circular base decorated on top as a lotus pond issuing lotus blossoms and leaves, encircled by a low railing above cartouches of buddhistic lions separated by lotus sprays on the sides; electrified
