A 19th century Russian gold, diamond and gem brooch,
the rectangular panel set with two cabochon rubies and a single diamond amid a stylised applied wirework scroll motif, the ribbed surround, with diamond single-stone points, the reverse engraved with a capital V, surmounted by a crown and inscribed 19th April 1894 and stamped with Fabergé workmasters mark for Oskar Phihl. .
