Gilbert Pictorial Dictionary of Marked London Furniture 1700-1840, Leeds, 1996, p. 105, fig. 112). Gerrit Jensen (fl. 1667-1715) was the leading cabinet-maker associated with 'flower'd markatree'. His work is discussed in detail in A. Bowett, English Furniture 1660-1714, London, 2002, p.188 et seq.
