Of vase form, the pierced square base on four ball feet, the stem in the form of four conjoined pairs of feet, the bowl pierced with reclining maidens and scrollwork, the griffin-head handles with rosette joins, the domed cover applied with radiating palmettes and anthemion foliage, the finial formed as three back-to-back heads with striated Egyptian headdresses, with detachable cut-glass liner, marked under base, body, cover and calyx
