The top inset to the centre with a circular plaque depicting St. Peter's Square, Rome, surrounded by a further eight smaller circular plaques, each depicting a Roman view, the base with stiff-leaf-cast frieze, above triple ram's monopodiae, on concave-sided tri-form base
31¼ in. (79.3 cm.) high; 22 3/8 in. (56.8 cm.) diameter
