CIRCA 1785 AND LATER EXTENDED
With mahogany front posts carved with alternating reeds and corn on a baluster form, with stiff leaf capitals, on massive brass tapering caps and castors, the black posts of plain beech, the frame of red-stained pine, lacking cornice, bolts, boxspring and mattress, the bolt covers replaced, the side rails extended in length by 6¾.in. (17 cm.)
