CIRCA 1805, IN THE MANNER OF HENRY HOLLAND
The reeded columnar shaft with chevron band, on a concave-sided channelled triangular plinth with scrolled palmette feet, stamped with the '1861' inventory
21 in. (53.3 cm.) high;
together with an early Victorian white-painted and parcel-gilt polescreen base in the manner of Gillows, with gilt-metal Vitruvian-scroll top above a fluted baluster stem carved with stylised foliage on scrolled cabriole legs - 23½ in. (59.8 cm.) high (2)
