With a seperate painted plaque inscribed 'Trout weighing 2 lbs. 4 oz. killed with a fly by Mr Henry Clark of Edgcumbe in the Tamar above Horsebridge, 25 May 1882' and labelled to the inside 'Preserved by J.Cooper, 28 Radnor Street, St. Luke, London E.C.'
