In the form of a seal box, of circular section with an oak leaf and acorn motif border, the hinged cover with an applied commemorative medallion depicting George IV, within a laurel border and below a Royal crown, the reverse with a Latin inscription recording George IV's accession on 29 January 1820, 'signed Rundell, Bridge & Rundell', the interior fitted with a gilt-metal mounted cut glass bottle, marked underneath, on side and inside cover
