Hand-coloured lithographed frontispiece by J. Bennett after J. McClelland, 8 plates (one folding) and one folding map. (Light and even browning throughout, occasional short marginal tears, plates V-VIII bound-in upside down.) Contemporary cloth, uncut (front joints broken, cloth covering spine splitting off, quite rubbed). Provenance: Mercantil Library Association New York (library stamps on recto of frontispiece, title, subscriber's list and one or two leaves of text).
