The tight bouquet composed of a central red, white and blue arrowhead millefiori flower, surrounded by two smaller cane centered white flowers, four red buds and two blue buds set amongst numerous ridged green leaves, within a torsade of white latticinio tubing entwined with spiral coral threads, a mercury band below, cut with a top window and three rows of graduated printies, star-cut base
