A BOHEMIAN MINIATURE FACETED CONCENTRIC MILLEFIORI WEIGHT*
MID-TO-LATE 19TH CENTURY
Set with a central silhouette cane of a hunter and dog, enclosed by two rows of spaced assorted millefiori canes including a silhouette of an eagle, on an upset muslin ground, cut with top and five side printies, 1 7/8 in. (4.6 cm.) diameter; 1 1/8 in. (3. cm.) high; together with two Continental spaced concentric millefiori weights, probably Bohemian, predominantly in shades of blue, pink, green and white, one with a central pastry-mould cane within five spaced millefiori canes and a garland at the periphery, 2 in. (5.1 cm.) diameter; 1 3/8 in. (3.4 cm.) high; the other with a composite center within a row of seven star-dust canes and a garland of millefiori canes at the periphery, 2½ in.
