CH 27-70 Q, with nickel-finished lever movement, 24 jewels, the black dial with diamond-set numerals, apertures for day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 12 hours rgeister, leap year combined with 30 minutes register, phases of the moon combined with date, the circular case with tapered baguette-cut diamond-set bezel, two chronograph buttons in the band, extended lugs, the water-resistant-type case with glazed display screw back, together with an 18k gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed

This watch is accompanied by a Patek Philippe presentation box with outer packaging and an Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch in 1995 and its subsequent sale on 6 October 1995 and that the case is set with 40 baguette-cut diamonds weighing a total of 2.86 carats. It was originally made with a white dial which was changed to a black dial, by Patek Philippe, at the owner's request.
