With step by step quartz movement 5931, the silvered dial with baton numerals, gold dauphine hands, sweep centre seconds, the Swiss Banking Corporation (now UBS) logo between centre and 6 o'clock, in oblong case with commemorative medal Zum 75-jährigen Jubiläum, Schweizerischer Bankverein, Biel to the hinged back, the stand in shape of a reversed L, case and dial signed

Lot Essay

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present desk clock in 1974 and its subsequent sale on 4 July 1974. It has never been offered at auction before.

The model was made in a small series in 1974 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Swiss Banking Corporation in Bienne, Switzerland, now part of the UBS Group since the merger in 1997.
