Of cylindrical form, the capitol moulded with stiff-leaf tips, the column moulded in relief with two continuous friezes of mythological Bacchanal and figures emblematic of the Four Seasons, within a broad cobalt blue border enriched with musical trophies within raised-gilt scrolls, on a cast berried-laurel wreath and canted square base
