Modelled after a Sèvres 'Vase Oreilles', of inverted pear form with foliate 'eared' mouth, painted with pink ribboned-tied circular garlands of roses and gilt wreaths enclosing a basket of flowers, within circular and shaped gilt cartouches, reserved on a gilt oeil de perdrix ground
