Of circular form supported on pierced feet, moulded in low and high relief with richly-gilt scrolled cartouches painted with bouquets, interspersed with panels of C-shaped ornament, the interior gilt with scrolling diaper-pattern, within gilt rims (some rubbing to gilding)
