CIRCA 1880, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK, PRESSNUMMER 7523 AND 7579, IRON-RED NUMERALS
Modelled as a man playing the guitar wearing a conical hat, pink and purple long jacket and flowered tunic, on circular gilt scroll-moulded base, his companion wearing similar clothes, playing the hurdy-gurdy, on a gilt scroll-moulded base (she restored at neck and chest, to left hand and instrument, the guitar player restored to left hand and instrument, edge of coat and base)
He stands 12¾ in. (32.3 cm.) high (2)
