Each with shallow rounded sides and broad everted rim, enamelled in the centre with a female Immortal riding a flying phoenix below a pine tree, surrounded by six cartouches containing ribboned auspicious objects and antiques reserved on an underglaze blue diaper ground, the rim with various male and female Immortals carrying attributes riding on animals, the reverse with freely painted peony sprays, each with a rim crack
