Volumes I-VI only (of 8), 12° (143 x 85mm). 423 hand-coloured wood-engraved plates. (Lacking title in vol. I, contents supplied in manuscript throughout, one text leaf with long but clean tear, lower margin of a few plates shaved with loss of publisher's imprint, occasional light soiling.) Contemporary calf (worn, leather torn away from most spines, lettering-pieces chipped). Freeman 2779. The lot sold as a collection of plates, not subject to return.
