YEAR CYPHER FOR 1918, PRINTED PUCE MARKS
Painted by John Stinton with two Highland cattle within a mountainous landscape, signed, the reverse with a lesser landscape vignette below hanging stiff-leaves, the pierced domed cover enriched in two-tone gilding and shot-silk and moulded with tassles, with gilt scrolling foliate borders (very light glaze cracks to underside, minute rubbing to gilding)
