The 1994 Fonseca is a classic young monster. Black/crimson in color. The nose exhibits a powerful array of dark yet ripe plums & cassis. It's all happening on the palate; a very dense thick port, loads of backbone, lots of black cherry & cassis fruit. Has a very long finish. Could turn out to be the best Fonseca since the now impressive '66. DW
