Scallop-shaped box, the cover and base set à jour with slightly raised blue mottled white moss agate panels, framed by narrow stylized acanthus gold mounts, the sides of the lid stamped with scrolling foliage and pine-cones on a sablé band, the matted sides of the base with four panels of vertical polished gold stripes on engine-turning, divided by stamped flowers, the lid with raised polished gold rim
