A ROMAN GLASS FLASK
CIRCA 4TH CENTURY A.D.
Blue-green in color, the piriform body mold blown with a fluted pattern, then further inflated and twisted, producing spiral flutes, then marked with vertical indentations low on the body, with a tall cylindrical neck and splayed mouth, green trailed rings under the rim and on the neck, and twin handles joined to the shoulders and neck ring
