The obverse with Dionysos seated to the right, a phiale in his right hand, a filleted thyrsos in his left, a bearded satyr before him, bejewelled and holding a wreath in one hand, a filleted thyrsos in the other; the reverse with two draped youths with wreaths in their hair, both holding staffs; a band of wave encircling the vase below the scenes, a band of laurel below the rim, palmettes and tendrils below the handles, details in added white, yellow and red
